REFUND POLICY

1. Refunds & returns: customers who purchase goods (excluding pre-booked tickets) from our website have the right to cancel or return their purchase up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. To initiate a refund, email us at [email protected] with full details of your order.
2. Refund entitlement: to qualify for a refund, you are required to return the goods (if received) to Twist Museum at your own expense within 14 days of your request. A full refund of all payments, including standard delivery costs if the entire order is returned, will be provided. Non-standard delivery costs are excluded from the refund.
3. Refund processing: refunds will be processed within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
4. Deductions for depreciation: refunds may be adjusted to account for any loss in value of the goods if returned damaged.

1. Purchase details: gift vouchers for Twist Museum are available for purchase exclusively at this link. Vouchers are available in denominations of £10, £15, £20 and £25.
2. Redemption: gift vouchers can be redeemed via the Twist Museum website for online ticket purchases or in person at the museum.
3. Usage restrictions: vouchers are valid for one-time use only. Any remaining balance will not be carried forward or refunded. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers or combined with other offers or discounts.

CHRISTMAS PRESENT GIVEAWAY

3. Eligibility: Participants must pre-book a ticket for any timeslot at Twist Museum between Saturday 21st December 2024 and Sunday 5th January 2025. Employees of Twist Museum, their families, or anyone connected professionally with this giveaway are not eligible to enter.
