REFUND POLICY

1. Refunds & returns: customers who purchase goods (excluding pre-booked tickets) from our website have the right to cancel or return their purchase up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. To initiate a refund, email us at [email protected] with full details of your order.
2. Refund entitlement: to qualify for a refund, you are required to return the goods (if received) to Twist Museum at your own expense within 14 days of your request. A full refund of all payments, including standard delivery costs if the entire order is returned, will be provided. Non-standard delivery costs are excluded from the refund.
3. Refund processing: refunds will be processed within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
4. Deductions for depreciation: refunds may be adjusted to account for any loss in value of the goods if returned damaged.
5. Return shipping recommendations: we advise returning goods via a secure, insured delivery method. We are not liable for any goods lost in transit.
6. Exclusions: the following items are not covered by our refund policy:

Usage Rights
By providing your content and completing the opt-in form, you grant Twist Museum a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly display and create derivative works of your content in all media formats and channels now known or later developed, including but not limited to social media, paid digital advertising, websites, printed materials and email marketing.

Content Ownership
You retain ownership of your content. However, by submitting it to Twist Museum, you affirm that:

Credit and Attribution
Twist Museum reserves the right to not credit the content creator in marketing activities.

Withdrawal of Consent
You accept that you will be unable to request removal of your content from Twist Museum’s channels.

Competition Eligibility
To be eligible for the weekly or monthly prize draws:

  • You must be a UK based, 18+ paying customer and post a video and/or a photo taken during your visit to Twist Museum.
  • You must be following Twist Museum on Instagram and/or Facebook.
  • You must tag @twistmuseum in the post on Instagram and/or Facebook and you must use the hashtag #TagTwistAndWin in the caption.
  • Your post must be public and the opt-in form must be completed.
  • Employees, contractors and partners of the museum are excluded from this competition.
  • Posts that violate community guidelines; contains inappropriate, harmful, or offensive material; is suspected of fraudulent engagement (paid for likes) are not eligible to win.

Prize Winners
One £100 weekly winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. One £500 monthly winner will be selected based on the post with the highest number of likes during the 30-day period. Winners will be contacted via DM and/or email. Please note, the £500 prize can only be won once per customer per year. Prizes will be paid via bank transfer to UK bank accounts only. Prize winners must respond to our messages to claim their prize 14 calendar days, otherwise we reserve the right to select a new winner.
