Accessibility
The museum is designed to be welcoming and accessible for visitors with a range of needs. All exhibits apart from two are wheelchair accessible. If your group has specific accessibility requirements, it’s worth discussing these during the booking process so appropriate arrangements can be made.
Facilities
We want your visit to run as smoothly as possible, so we’ve made sure the essentials are covered. The museum has toilet facilities, including accessible toilets and baby changing facilities, as well as free lockers for storing belongings during your visit. If you’re bringing younger children, there’s also a dedicated buggy parking area. For lunch breaks, groups are welcome to use our auditorium, which provides space to eat packed lunches.

Staff Supervision
Schools remain responsible for ensuring appropriate staff-to-pupil ratios throughout the visit in accordance with their own safeguarding and educational visit policies.
