Gift cards are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase/issue, which is printed on your digital voucher. Gift cards are subject to the same terms and conditions as our tickets, in that they are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or items in our retail shop, however our gift cards are fully flexible and can be redeemed in person at our London location any day/time we are open for 365 days after issue, without needing to prebook. All gift card orders are subject to a £1.50 service fee (per transaction).

Gift cards can be purchased on our dedicated gift card webpage on our website, or in person at the museum in our retail shop. To purchase a gift card on our website:

1. Select what gift card you would like to purchase, and whether you are purchasing for yourself or for someone else. 
2. Select how many gift cards you would like to purchase, enter your name and the recipient name. 
3. You can customise the email with a message, and select whether you would like to join our mailing list for Twist news and offers. Insert the email address of the recipient – and you can select whether the recipient will receive the email instantly, or at a future date, and you can select morning, afternoon or evening times on that future date. 
4. Enter your email address for receipt of purchase, and complete payment to finalise checkout.
5. You or your recipient(s) will then receive your gift cards. 

Please note, if you are trying to purchase multiple different types of gift cards, you will need to do those over separate transactions, (i.e. you’d like to buy a family pass, and add an additional adult or concession ticket) – we apologise for the inconvenience. You can still set all of the same settings and customisations so they all match. 

You can choose during the check out process whether you would like to send the gift card via email, or for printing at home – if you select via email, you can enter the recipients email address and schedule the time you would like them to receive the email with the gift cards. If you select print, you will receive the gift cards as attachments to an email for you to print at home. 

If you’re not sure when the receiver should get the gift cards, we recommend you still insert their name, personalise the gift card, but add your email as the recipient, and then you can forward it to them whenever suits you.

If you’re trying to add a combination of gift cards to your basket, i.e. two adult adventurer tokens and a child/concession token, you will need to purchase these in two separate transactions – it’s one of the limitations of our system and we apologise for the inconvenience. 

You can purchase multiple of the same type gift cards in one transaction, i.e. two adult gift cards, or two concession gift cards, but you can’t mix and match the gift card types in the same transaction, and we apologise for the inconvenience, we hope this functionality will be available in the future. 

There’s no specific redemption steps –  each gift card is valid for one entry as specified to Twist Museum  – simply bring this voucher to the museum to our box office team on your chosen date and time, and they will assist you.  Gift cards are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase/issuance of the gift card, so you have maximum flexibility to enjoy your experience. You will need to bring all gift cards with you, if there are multiple, as we will need to redeem each code for each entry. 

We have free wifi, and will accept digital copies or physical print outs of the vouchers, and are more than happy to assist you.

You simply need to bring this voucher to the museum on your chosen date and time and show to our museum team on arrival, who will send you to our box office staff to assist you. We generally manage entry to the museum in 15 minute slots, and we advise you to check our opening hours before heading to the museum. You can also look at our calendar under tickets to see how busy the slots might be each day before heading to the museum. 

If you can’t find the email with your gift card codes in it, we recommend contacting the person who gave you the gift cards, to see if they have the email they can resend to you.

Otherwise, we can assist you if you contact us on [email protected] – we will need the details / email address of who purchased your gift cards, your email address, some information from you to track down the details, but we will be able to assist in finding those codes.

Gift cards are nonrefundable, and cannot be exchanged for other items in our retail shop or refundable for cash. If you make a mistake in your gift card purchase that you need assistance with, please contact us on [email protected]  with ‘Gift Card’ in the subject line,  and send us a copy of the gift card codes and what issues you’re having and our team will assist you.

Gift cards can only be used for museum entry – think of them as a gift ticket, they are only valid for redemption for museum entry. 

You or your recipient(s) can purchase additional add-ons when arriving at the museum (i.e., guided tours, additional cost experiences).
