Yes! Carers are eligible for a free carer’s ticket, which is only available at the door once the relevant access documentation is presented to our box office staff (we can always guarantee carer tickets on the day with valid documentation shown). A disabled visitor’s carer can be any trusted companion they wish to bring with them on their visit, this person does not need to be a licensed carer (although this ID is also accepted). The forms of access documentation we accept are:
- DLA/PIP letter
- Access card
- Blue Badge
- CVI/BD8
- Awarding letter of attendance allowance
- Awarding letter of carer’s allowance
- Carer’s ID/National Carer’s card
- Disabled ID
- Disabled person’s freedompass/railcard
- International proof of disability
If you have a child with access needs, please purchase a ‘concession’ ticket for your child in advance (it is the same price as a child ticket) – following the showing of your child’s proof of access, you will receive your carers ticket at the door.
Please note that complimentary carer tickets are intended for paying carers accompanying a paying disabled visitor and cannot be claimed for toddlers or other non-paying accompanying guests.
Free carer tickets apply to general admission only and are not valid for add-ons, special shows, merchandise, or any separately charged experiences.
If you have any accessibility questions prior to your visit you can email our customer service team at [email protected]
